Who I am. 

I am an energetic and passionate learning specialist, tech-savvy training developer, and results-focused creative designer with experience across multiple learning modalities. I collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SME's) using an open communication style and flexible planning. My design approach begins with identifying the needs gap, utilizing a practical solution, and incorporating stakeholder feedback through an iterative approach with the ADDIE and SAM models to design and develop engaging learning experiences.

When I am not working.

I am a food and travel enthusiast, avid reader, and puzzle solver. My biggest supporters and motivators are family. We enjoy road trips, hiking, campouts, quiet Sunday's, and new action movies.
